Best improved seasonal station

Dubrovnik Airport has won the Best Improved Seasonal Station in the competition of 79 representatives of ground service providers, which is a great recognition given the competition as Aegean flies to 131 destinations and is served by 79 different partners that are ground service providers.

With a turnover of 15.6 million passengers, Aegean has seriously marketed itself as a respectable carrier. It also has an Olympic Air company and a total of 61 aircraft. 6 new A320 NEO aircraft are coming soon, followed by a rebranding that will change the logo, launch new fares to suit passengers' needs, and a host of other business enhancements. This year, Dubrovnik Airport will additionally provide online check-in services, Self-Service check-in services for devices, and luggage delivery on Self Baggage Drop devices for the needs of Aegean Airlines. An adaptation of luggage tracking resolution 753 is in the pipeline. Compared to other service providers, Dubrovnik Airport has shown significantly better results, which mainly relate to OTP performance, financial results in terms of baggage collection and excellent traffic disruption.
